The Motown Hitmakers picked up a win at Old League Park, knocking off the Potthole Pride, 8-2. Starting pitcher José Romano, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Motown has run its win streak to 4 in a row.

The Pride had little chance against Romano, who overpowered Potthole hitters and struck out 11.

"I like the roll we're on," said Motown manager Corey Slutsky.
