FRL Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Tuesday, September 10th , 2052 Iván Reyes said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 21 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Upcountry Degens rising star has won the Franklin D. Roosevelt League Reliever of the Year Award for 2052. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.35 ERA over 66.2 innings. He also had 2 saves in 36 relief appearances, 83 strikeouts and only 29 walks. He received 18 first place votes out of a possible 20. Wayne Graham of the Lake Erie Walleye finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Connie Johnson of the Bumblebee Tuna finished third.
