Wigan 5-for-6 Against Fog Thursday, May 16th , 2052 The 5th time is the charm -- at least for Bobby Wigan. The shortstop for the Muncie Marouders hit the milestone today against the San Francisco Fog, helping his club to a narrow 10-9 victory. Wigan finished with a 5-for-6 line at the plate. "Wigan was a tough out today," San Francisco manager told the press in the postgame interview. "If it weren't for him, I think we had this one." Bobby Wigan hit an RBI double in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, grounded out in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
