Clark Grabs GWL Reliever of the Year Award Saturday, September 14th , 2052 Terry Clark was dominant and cool under pressure this year, and his standout performance has earned the Clerya Sandstorms reliever recognition as the 2052 George Washington League Reliever of the Year Award. "I was just doing my job, and my job is to get people out," said the 28-year-old out of Shoreline, Washington. The award winner made 43 relief appearances this year and had 23 saves. He fanned 74 batters in 60.1 innings, with 19 walks. He pitched to a record of 5 wins and 3 losses to go with his 0.60 ERA. He received 18 first place votes out of a possible 20. Hubert Hawkins of the Rockford Peaches finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Manny Valenzuela of the Modesto Scavengers finished third.
