Injury Derails Season for Vázquez Wednesday, August 14th , 2052 Enrico Vázquez had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Chicago medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Chicago starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow in an earlier ballgame.
