Johnson Electric in 5-0 Win Tuesday, August 6th , 2052 Randy Johnson kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the Mount Pleasant Mountaneers were all smiles after winning 5-0 against the Turnbull ACs at Electrics Ballpark today. The left-handed Johnson gave up no runs in his start, permitted 2 hits and had 8 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Johnson said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be." On the season Johnson has compiled a 14-5 mark with a 3.75 ERA in 23 starts. In pitching 144 innings he has 162 strikeouts and 37 walks while limiting the opposition to a .246 batting average.
