Hitmakers Dominate, Sweep Ben Franklin Cup Saturday, October 26th , 2052 The Motown Hitmakers are on to the George Washington Trophy after a convincing series win over the Wildwood Fishers. Motown wrapped up the series sweep with a 8-6 win in the last game, to take the series 4-0. "We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Javier García, who was named series MVP. For the series, García hit .667 with a .706 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Motown Hitmakers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Texas Renegades - Phoenix Downs series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
