Duke City, Ypsi Trade Players Thursday, January 30th , 2053 The Duke City Heisenbergs and Ypsi Yard Cats have put the finishing touches on a deal that was weeks in the making. Duke City will part with 20-year old minor league RF Vladimir Guerrero and 19-year old minor league LHP Bin Tsang, while the Yard Cats have dealt 31-year old RHP Greg Soto. "This one took a while to figure out," said Duke City general manager Kris Abrams. "We must have gone back to the drawing board five or six times over the past few weeks. I'm glad we finally got the deal done. I think it is a good one for both clubs." Soto has posted 23 victories and 29 defeats since he first came into the league. He has appeared in 285 games and been credited with 156 saves. In 289.1 innings he has 357 strikeouts and a 3.67 ERA. |
