Terry hits 2 home runs, Fishers Move to 102-59
|
The Wildwood Fishers beat the Central Valley Turkey Vultures, 4-2, at The Euclyptus Nest. The win was largely due to the efforts of first baseman Chris Terry, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks. The Fishers have an impressive 102-59 record.
Terry had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the top of the fourth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Fishers went on to win.
Terry told a Wildwood Times reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
