The Mud Hens grabbed a win, 4-3, at The Nest, overcoming a fine effort from Indianapolis pitcher Kenny Beasley. Beasley went 7 innings and allowed 3 earned runs. Great Black Swamp goes to 53-54, Indianapolis to 53-54.

Andy McDonald was the walk-off hero for Great Black Swamp. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mud Hens shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," McDonald said.
