The Potthole Pride defeated the Dam Site Drifters, 1-0, in Nationalist League action at MDOT Park, with Potthole pitcher Olezka Elizarov named player of the game. Júlio Caraballo, credited with the save, is now 3 for 5 in save opportunities. Potthole is now riding a 3-game win streak.

The Pride got a big at-bat from shortstop John Cross. For the game, Cross went 1 for 3 with a double. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 15th double of the season gave Potthole a 1-0 lead.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Cross.
