Devil Cats Win Alexander Hamilton Cup
After their 4-3 win today at Moses Fleetwood Walker Park over the Newcastle House of Brews, the Wicker Park Devil Cats will advance to the Ben Franklin Cup. Wicker Park won the series by a 4-1 margin.

Leading the way for the Devil Cats was third baseman Juan Paredes, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP.

"I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."

The Wicker Park Devil Cats will play against the Nashville Nightmare in the next round. Nashville won their series against the Texas Renegades 4 games to 1. The Ben Franklin Cup schedule will be announced after the Alexander Hamilton Cup finishes.
