Stalkers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Mud Hens
Iowa City Stalkers starter Fu-Kang Ow turned in a sterling performance against the Great Black Swamp Mud Hens, leading his team to a slim 2-1 win. The win was credited to Paul Gustafson in relief. His record improves to 4-0. Sean Barrett took the loss. With the win, Iowa City pushed its record to 82-75.

The Stalkers procured the win, in large part because of second baseman Tommy Rogers. In the bottom of the 12th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Ow said in his postgame press conference.
