Ichikawa Hits 2 home runs in Turkey Vultures Win
The Central Valley Turkey Vultures knocked off the Ludington LumberJacks, 7-6, at Husqvarna Field. Kingo Ichikawa was a big reason Central Valley won. The center fielder belted 2 home runs. Yeong-sam Kim converted his 1st save in 1 tries. The victory puts Central Valley at 56-89.

Central Valley used a timely hit from Bronson Fouracre to get the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Turkey Vultures ahead, 7-6. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I believe in our guys," said Central Valley skipper Tony Meyer. "I like the energy they're playing with."
