Mann Holds Phoenix Scoreless
In an impressive mound performance, Holden Mann of the Indianapolis Indians checked the Reykjavik Phoenix on a 4-hitter and held them scoreless.

"He was getting ahead of us and keeping the ball off the plate," said Reykjavik manager Arthur Ecklund. "Mann kept us confused the whole game."

The Indianapolis hurler rang up 10 strikeouts and issued 1 walk in his 5-0 shutout victory.
