Batista Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Ypsi in Walk-Off Win
The Ypsi Yard Cats electrified the crowd with a walk-off win.

Ypsi rode a decent outing from starter Todd Brown to victory over the Columbus Red Birds. The final score was 4-3. Ypsi reliever Ernesto Santiago picked up the win, upping his record to 3-4. Rickey Gentry was saddled with the loss.

The Yard Cats procured the win, in large part because of left fielder Jaime Batista. In the bottom of the ninth, he produced the game-winning solo home run.

Brown told a Ypsi Daily News reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.

The win gives Ypsi a season record of 52-30.
