Rodríguez Performance to No Avail in 5-4 Tritium Loss
Diablo Canyon right fielder David Rodríguez had a good game, even if his team did not. The Tritium dropped a 5-4 decision to Wildwood at Fission Field. Rodríguez went 4-4 with 2 home runs and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. José Morales notched his 11th save in 12 chances. With the win, Wildwood raised its record to 50-29.

It could have been a different outcome for Wildwood, had it not been for Juan Rosas, the 2051 TTWB home run champion . Rosas contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put Wildwood up, 5-2.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Rosas. "And not try to do too much."
