Asheville right fielder Yoshihiro Ueno picked up 4 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Dam Site Drifters, 10-9. With the win, the Boomsticks have a record of 42-36.

Ueno had a game-changing double in the top of the eighth. On a 0-2 curveball from Valentín Valdés, he banged a 2-run double to left-center, giving the Boomsticks a 6-4 lead. It was the 2nd double of the year for Ueno.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Ueno told the Asheville Gazette.
