Indians Stick Renegades with 6-1 Loss
|
Behind a solid performance from third baseman Juan Paredes, the Indianapolis Indians defeated the Texas Renegades, 6-1. Paredes was 4-4 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times for the Indians. The Indians, at 30-35, sit in 8th place in the To The Wall Baseball Nationalist League.
The Indians got a lift from designated hitter Jonathan Young, who in the bottom of the eighth hit a 3-run home run. His 6th home run of the season put the Indians on top, 6-1.
