The Duke City Heisenbergs faced a tough opponent in Reykjavik pitcher Hidehira Kikuchi, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Flaming Ashes Ballpark by a final score of 2-0. Kikuchi went 9 innings and allowed 2 runs. Duke City reliever Kris McCain picked up the win, raising his record to 6-1. Hidehira Kikuchi was tagged with the loss. Manuel Estrada was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 4 of 11 save opportunities.
