Yard Cats Get Past Central Valley for 4-3 Win
The Ypsi Yard Cats downed the Central Valley Turkey Vultures, 4-3, at The Euclyptus Nest. Jaime Batista led the way, going 2-for-4 for Ypsi. Greg Soto converted his 15th save in 16 tries. Central Valley's current losing streak is now 4 games.

Batista had an important at-bat with the bases empty in the top of the eighth, when he hit a double. The Yard Cats went on to win.

"It was a solid team effort," said Batista after the game.
