The Wicker Park Devil Cats defeated the Dam Site Drifters, 10-2. Doing his part was shortstop Kata Nemoto, who was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The win puts Wicker Park at 16-15.

Todd Schneider, who finished 2nd in the TTWB in triples with 11 in 2050, aided the Wicker Park cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the left fielder drove in one run.

"Enjoyed this one," Schneider told the Wicker Park Herald. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
