The Wildwood Fishers topped the Diablo Canyon Tritium, 7-4, in To The Wall Baseball action at Fission Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Wildwood pitcher Arturo Cintrón. Wildwood reliever José Morales picked up the win, raising his record to 2-0. Donald Jackson was tagged with the loss. The win gives Wildwood a record of 18-11.

Wildwood used a timely hit from Manuel Ramos to get the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Fishers ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"It's not about individual awards," Cintrón told a Wildwood Chronicle reporter after the game. "It's about winning championships. That's what we play for."
