Mud Hens Collect 4-1 Win Versus Ludington
Great Black Swamp starter Nobukazu Agano put a stranglehold on the Ludington offense. The right-hander had complete command of his changeup in leading the Mud Hens to a 4-1 win. In 8 innings, Agano surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 0. He allowed 1 run. The loss puts Ludington at 13-9.

It could have been a different outcome for Great Black Swamp, had it not been for Miguel Contreras, the 27-year old first baseman . Contreras contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the seventh inning to put Great Black Swamp up, 2-0.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Contreras.
