Vincent Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Dam Site in Walk-Off Win
The Dam Site Drifters faced a tough opponent in Central Valley pitcher Matt Thomas, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Superior Stadium by a final score of 6-5. Thomas went 6.2 innings and allowed no runs. The win gives Dam Site a record of 9-8.

The Drifters were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when right fielder Sloan Vincent turned a 0-1 fastball from Michael Veeck into a 2-run single. The walk-off single electrified the Superior Stadium denizens and sent the Drifters home with a thrilling 6-5 win.

"Exhilarating win," said Vincent.
