Heisenbergs Deal Drifters 6-0 Defeat

The Duke City Heisenbergs took Dam Site pitcher Ling-lai Ran's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Superior Stadium. The final score had Duke City getting past the Drifters, 6-0. Ran went 5.1 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 9. Duke City reliever Luis Olivares picked up the win, upping his record to 1-2. Jun'ichiro Sakai was saddled with the loss. The Heisenbergs, now 4-10, have not found much traction so far in 2052.
Jesús Aragón, the 23-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Aragón contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the eighth inning to put Duke City up, 2-0.
"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Aragón told a Duke City Bulletin reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
