Iowa City picked up a win at Hayden Fry Field, bumping off the Ypsi Yard Cats, 6-4. Pitcher Mark Townsley was a major reason the Stalkers emerged victorious. Iowa City pitcher Harold Parker got the win. He's now 2-0. Ernesto Santiago was tagged with the loss. The win has Iowa City at 4-2.

Iowa City won the game in the bottom of the 11th inning. With two outs and Ernesto Santiago on the mound for Ypsi, designated hitter Felipe Morales hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Stalkers fans to their feet.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Morales said.
