Cannons Show No Mercy in 9-0 Thrashing of Snow Hares Sunday, June 23rd , 2052 Today was Rafael Lara's turn in the rotation for the Fulton Cannons and he made the most of it, shutting out the Sudbury Snow Hares on 2 hits. The 22-year-old left-hander led the Cannons to an easy 9-0 victory, allowing 4 walks and tallying 7 strikeouts. "I hope we miss him next time," Sudbury manager said. "Lara certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."
