Scott Gets 5 Hits Sunday, June 16th , 2052 Beneke second baseman Wayne Scott had a day to remember today, 5-for-5 against the Newark Flangers at Ballpark of Newark as the Fabricators picked up a 11-4 victory. "He was patient up there today," Beneke skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Scott has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Wayne Scott singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
