Salamancas Win Round 1 Monday, September 2nd , 2052 Being named series MVP was little solace for Edgar Bradley after the Mexican Cartel Salamancas eliminated his Michigan Belly Itchers from the playoffs. Mexican Cartel won the final game 6-2 at Ballpark of Adams and wrapped up the series 3-1. "I couldn't care less about an MVP award when we don't even win," Bradley said. "I would rather have played terrible but still had a chance to win the Round 2." Meanwhile, the Mexican Cartel clubhouse was alive with celebration after the victory, with the team's skipper saying his team is "confident and strong" going into the Round 2. The Mexican Cartel Salamancas will play against the North Muskegon Trout in the next round. North Muskegon won their series against the Fort Industry '94s 3 games to 1.
