Brown Super -- No-Hits Eastern Tuesday, July 16th , 2052 There was magic on the mound today at Swamp Foxes Ballpark as West Bloomfield Wannabees starter Bill Brown no-hit the Eastern Nationals. Brown held Eastern hitters spellbound and helpless in a masterful display of pitching, leading the Wannabees to a 1-0 win. "It was like I was in a dream," Brown said afterward. "The ball just went right where I wanted it to." In his mound masterpiece, Brown rang up 10 strikeouts and issued 1 walk. This year Brown has fashioned a 4-0 mark, 0.96 ERA and pitched 47 innings.
