Neal Tops TJL Best Player List Thursday, September 26th , 2052 The votes have been tallied and the winner of the Thomas Jefferson League Outstanding Hitter Award has been named. It was awarded today to James Neal from Ann for his great year at the plate. He put up some impressive numbers, including a .305 batting average and a .371 on-base percentage this year while racking up 34 doubles, 5 triples, 15 home runs, 75 RBIs and 64 runs scored. He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 20.
