Cooper K's 10 En Route to 4-0 Animals Win
|
The Allendale Animals picked up a win at Harriers Ballpark, knocking off the Eastern Nationals, 4-0. Starting pitcher Cody Cooper was a big reason why. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Allendale.
Cooper made it look easy. He scattered 1 hit over 7 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The right-hander upped his season record to 4-3.
"I had a good game plan," said Cooper. "I made my pitches." His manager concurred. "It was all there," said, "the velocity, the sharpness of his pitches."
